XLRI: Certificate Programs

Applications are invited by Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur for admission to Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM) and Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) for the commencing session 2012-13.

In order to satisfy the thirst for knowledge of executives, XLRI has evolved a 12 months consolidated program in ‘Business Management’. The program aims to provide an opportunity to study and earn a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM) while working. The program is being offered by XLRI in collaboration with it’s technical partners of virtual classroom

Objectives:

• To expose the participants to the various theories and practices of Business Management.
• To equip the participants with tools and techniques with which they can handle their current business tasks better and in an effective manner.
• To give the participants a holistic perspective of Business Management so that they can shoulder  greater responsibilities in their future career.
• To get tuned to the latest developments and best practices prevalent in the current economy.

Eligibility:

• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience after completing graduation.
• Performance in personal interviews.
• Basic knowledge of computer.

How to Apply:

• To register Online Application for the course PGC BM / HRM candidates are requested to click on Apply For Registration.
• DD details are required to complete the registration processes.
• After successful registration candidates has to fill SOP online with the help of their XAT ID and password, which they will receive on their e-mail ID.
• A demand draft of Rs. 1500/- (inclusive Service Tax) drawn in favor “XLRI, Jamshedpur” payable at “Jamshedpur” is required as application fee for each course.
• The last date for Online registration 20th September, 2012.
• The completed application form (hardcopy) should reach to “VIL Office; XLRI, Jamshedpur, Circuit House Area (East), Jamshedpur – 831001″ on or before 20th September, 2012.
• The envelope should super scribed “Application for admission PGCBM / PGCHRM”.
• Please mention XSAT ID, name of the programme and your name on reverse of DD.
• At the time of application, proof of qualification and experience is not required. Credentials will be verified at the time of interview and admission.
