Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar proudly announces the completion of yet another successful season of campus recruitment for the graduating batch of 2010-2012. Beating the uptight market conditions, XIMB is among the first few campuses to register 100% placements, reiterating the strong academic and industry orientation of the institute.

  • Xuberance ‘12 saw the batch of 180  candidates secure placements in their preferred  sectors
  • companies participated in Xuberance ’12 of which 16 are new recruiters.
  • An ascent in the number of PPO/PPI that were received this year. 46 students have been extended PPO/PPI from their summer intern organizations.
  • Average Annual Compensation stood at Rs. 11.42 Lakhs per annum.
  • Median Annual Compensation stood at Rs. 10.83 Lakhs per annum.

Recruiters like Cognizant Business Consulting, OLAM International, HCCBPL, Deloitte, USL Group, Tata HRDP, TCS, Dr Reddy’s, Reckitt Benckiser, Tata Steel, Idea, SBI Capital Markets strengthened their relationship with XIMB while new bonds were formed with Ashok Leyland, HDFC Life, Emami, Goldman Sachs, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Interactive Systems, HSBC and United Breweries Limited to name a few – a testament to the growing brand equity of this institute.
