The NMAT result for candidates who have taken the test from 29th November to 11th December is out and available on the NMIMS website. The students will be able to view the total marks and the sectional marks after they login using their NMAT ID and DOB. The link to the result site is given below.

I think 198 would be a dicey…and yes NMIMS does take a lot of freshers every year …at 198 I think it is better to give another attempt

sir i hv scored 160 marks in nmat12..i am interested in mba pharmaceutical marketing..would i b getting cal for final presentation as there is no gdpi 4 us.
I think 160 would be a border case, cut-off this year is expected to be around 180.

NMAT is more of a speed game. I would say try to built up your speed in the next 15 days…this can be done by practicing more tests…and timing while you do sectional tests…
Sir, I have got 220 (80+70+70). As per your comment, I understand that this can guarantee me a call, but I read somewhere that with passing time, people who attempt second or third time obtain more marks. Hence is there a chance that actual cutoffs will be higher? ie, is it safe not to appear for a second chance?
Another problem is, in the NMAT website it is mentioned that ” Candidates should have cleared their final year of graduation in the first attempt only”. But I had a supplementary paper in my 6th sem that I cleared only after my 8th sem result. Am I ineligible?
PS: We’re all eagerly awaiting the CAT percentile chart.
Dear Ejas, I feel this year the NMAT paper has been tougher than last year when the cut-off was 210. This year the LR section has been way tougher and students had faced difficulties attempting the section. 220 looks like a good score to me as of now, but as I mentioned before we have only seen 25 days of the testing, we are yet to hear from majority of the students. It does not matter if you take another attempt and improve your score. If you feel you can do better, I think you should give it a shot again, coz after the GDPI round your written test mark counts for the final selection.
Yes, but I talked to NMIMS admissions people today and it seems that I will not be eligible for admissions as I passed my 6th sem only after 8th sem.
Oh well, CAT was good. SNAP and XAT left. So, hope is there still.

220 would be an ideal score to be sure of a call … cut-off is expected to be around 205-210 as per our analysis of the first slot result..but we need to wait for more students to appear for the exam..
