CMAT 2012 Analysis (Feb 20, Slot 1)
The first day of CMAT was glitch free and well organized. There were no incidents reported anywhere from India, the credit goes to AICTE. The level of the exam can be termed as easy to moderate. There were 100 questions in the paper which were to be completed in 3 hrs. The level of questions being easy, the students found the test easy and many students finished the test before time. The marking system was 4 for right answer and -1 for wrong ones. Many students found the EU, L and QA sections easy whereas GK was moderate. This could also mean that GK section would be the differentiator.
An attempt of 80-85 attempts with 80% accuracy can be termed to be good.
